Friday Night...

The friday night outreach program was packed again tonight.
Four professions of Faith made tonight. One guy who came down from Gastonia N.C., homeless and brokenaway from family. He came forward tonight and said he came to the Lord Jesus last week at our outreach program and this week he has been in contact with his family and will be reunited next week. We serve an awesome God.

2Co 5:18-20
(18) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
(19) To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
(20) Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

August 8th will be our back to school blast at Lakeview. Free games and Hotdogs for all participants while supplies last. August 15th we will be uniting with First Perpetual in canvassing the areas around the Boys Club with back to school supplies and witnessing. Tuesday Night Outreach we will begin the "Go Fish" series with Andy Stanley at our mission location on Hiway 29. Gary Welch, Director of Mens Ministries will be in charge of arrangements for books.
